About Us

Mission Statement

The Horticultural Alliance of the Hamptons (HAH) is a non-profit organization, established in 1986, that is dedicated to providing our members with the means to acquire and exchange information and knowledge about gardening on the East End of Long Island.  We accomplish our educational intentions through our year-round monthly lectures given by experts in horticulture from around the US and abroad as well as by knowledgeable local members.  We also publish an informative newsletter, maintain an extensive horticultural lending library, and offer workshops, roundtable discussion groups and tours.  Our membership of approximately 300 includes amateurs as well as professionals and is open to anyone with an interest in horticulture.

Please see our membership page for a full listing of membership details. You may easily join HAH by going to this link. Links to print and mail forms are at this link.

Most of our programs are open to the general public for a small fee or for free. Our library is open to the public for browsing, but only members may borrow books.
